Agreement
By installing or using Forms 2 Email (“the add-on”), you agree to these terms with Abari, LLC (“we”, “us”).
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-on with Google Forms under these terms and Google’s applicable policies.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for recipient addresses you configure and for content of form responses emailed through the add-on.
- You must have rights to process respondent data and to email it to your chosen recipients.
- You must comply with Google Workspace Marketplace policies, Google APIs Terms, and applicable law (including privacy and anti-spam rules).
Availability
The add-on depends on Google Apps Script, Gmail quotas, Forms, Sheets, and Drive. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for Google platform outages or quota limits.

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE ADD-ON.
Termination
You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or Marketplace policies.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
