Who we are

What the add-on does
Forms 2 Email is a Google Forms editor add-on that emails form submission answers to addresses you configure, optionally using your custom HTML template, and stores a searchable log of those emails in a Google Spreadsheet in your Google Drive.
Data we access
With your authorization, the add-on may access:
- The Google Form you are configuring (title, questions, responses)
- Email sending capability via Google Apps Script (Gmail / Mail services) to deliver digests you configure
- Google Sheets / Drive file access limited to the log spreadsheet the add-on creates for you
Data we store
- Per-form settings (recipients, subject line, HTML template, appearance, enable flag) in Apps Script properties for that form
- Log spreadsheet ID in Apps Script User Properties
- Submission log rows in your Google Spreadsheet (“Forms 2 Email — Log”), including timestamps, form metadata, recipients, subject, status, respondent email when available, and answer text
The add-on does not operate a separate application server that stores your form answers. Processing runs in Google Apps Script under your Google account.
How data is used
Data is used only to:
- Format and send submission emails to the recipients you configure
- Maintain and search your email/submission log
- Prompt you to re-authorize if Google requires updated permissions
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Emails are sent to the recipients you enter. Google processes data according to the Google Cloud Privacy Notice and your Google Account settings.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the add-on stops new processing. You can delete the log spreadsheet from Drive and clear form settings by removing the add-on from a form. We do not retain a separate copy of your submission data outside your Google account.
Children’s privacy
The add-on is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
